Do you have a store?

All patrons placing custom orders are encouraged to visit our studio for providing their measurements and doing in-person trials. Our team is fully vaccinated and all necessary precautions are followed within the premises. Visitation to the studio is on appointment basis only. 

Which modes of payment do you offer?

All major credit/debit cards, UPI and other forms of payments are accepted via Razorpay for orders within India and PayPal for international orders. Domestic orders with value under INR 5,000 can also opt for Cash on Delivery.

How do I cancel my order?

Currently, you cannot cancel prepaid orders placed online. If you wish to cancel a COD order, please reach us via Whatsapp or e-mail and our team will assist you. Orders placed via COD can only be cancelled before it is shipped. 

How do I place a custom order?

Once you get in touch with our team, we will discuss your vision, style, budget and finalise a design with you. Depending on the design, we will finalise the timeline and price and start processing your order once 75% of the payment is received. We fully customise according to your measurements and requirements and always leave room for alterations. The final delivery will be attempted upon receiving the pending payment. 

How does up-cycling work?

Taking a step towards sustainability, we  encourage our clients to get their old denims customised per their preference. We customise according to the design and artwork you are seeking with varying surfaces such as hand painted or hand embellished. We will pick the garment from your address and deliver it back once your order is completed. Prices will depend on the artwork and design decided. After receiving the piece, the processing will take 15-20 business days. This works on prepaid basis only.
